Building a Violin | Part Thirteen
I really enjoy woodworking, particularly with hand tools and so I’ve decided to take on the most difficult of woodworking projects…building a violin. I’m recording my progress on video so people have a chance to see me fumble around the workshop.
In part thirteen, I’m installing the bass bar on the top. This is the final step before assembling the violin body. It’s quite a milestone, but also a somewhat tricky and tedious process to fit the bar perfectly.
