Building a Violin | Part Six
I really enjoy woodworking, particularly with hand tools and so I’ve decided to take on the most difficult of woodworking projects…building a violin. I’m recording my progress on video so people have a chance to see me fumble around the workshop.
In this installment, I’ll be prepping the tonewood for making the violin top and back plates. The beautiful figured maple has some issues, but overall this step went pretty well.
